PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform fixing and poisoning of a unit to a main body thereof, in the case of attaching member of an image forming unit or the like on the device main body thereof. SOLUTION: In this image forming device main body, an engaging member 30 which is rectable by a solenoid 33 and provided with engaging pawl members 31 and 32, is arranged. In units 10 and 20 respectively attached to the device main body, recessing groove 17 and 27 are provided at the position corresponding to the above engaging members, and the engaging pawl member is engaged with the recessing groove by driving the solenoid 33 at the arbitrary timing after attaching the unit.
