PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding device which will not be replete with hydrogen gas inside even when a nickel-hydrogen battery is used. SOLUTION: With the power-feeding device 1, a battery box 15, provided inside a case, is equipped with a vent hole 41 and a draining hole, while the case is equipped with an exhaust port 42 and a drain part connected respectively to the gas-vent hole 41 and the draining hole. With this, arrangement even when hydrogen gas is generated from a nickel-hydrogen battery contained in the battery box 15, can be exhausted through the vent hole 41 and the exhaust port 42. Here, water of rain drops or the like which happens to infiltrate from the exhaust port con be discharged to the outside the case through the draining hole and the drainage port, so that the water is prevented from sneaking into the case.
