PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the same performance level as that of the system constructed by using a LAN, even when a system is constructed using a WAN. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with 1st transmission lines 1, an input part 2 which is connected to each 1st transmission line 1 and receives data, a 1st storage part 3 which stores data inputted via the input part 2, an approval part 2 which approves the data stored in the 1st storage part 3 connected to the same 1st transmission line 1, a 1st data compression and transmission part 4, which compresses and transmits data when the data stored in the 1st storage part 3 connected to the same 1st transmission line 1 are approved, a 2nd transmission line 6 which is lower in transmission rate than that of the 1st transmission lines 1 and connected to respective 1st data compression and transmission parts 4, a 1st data restorating part 7, which is connected to the 2nd transmission line 6 and restores data sent from the 1st data compression and transmission part 4, and a 2nd storage part 8 which is connected to the 1st data restorating part 7 and stores the data restored by the 1st data restorating part 7.
