PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system capable of switching a plurality of speech communications at a time and monitoring the speech communications and also monitoring speech communication contents from an optional designated point of time in the case of switching monitor objects. SOLUTION: This information communication system transmitting/receiving voice information between a terminal connected to a public network and an information processing terminal is provided with a speech communication monitor requesting means for outputting a speech communication monitor request to the information processing terminal, a speech communication monitor outputting means for outputting the voice information obtained by receiving transmission from the terminal connected to the public network and voice information from a voice inputting means to the information processing terminal being a monitor request source, and a speech communication monitor outputting means for making voice information obtained by receiving transmission from the speech communication monitor outputting means of another information processing terminal output and also recording and storing the voice information.
