RANDOM ACCESS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random access control method that employs the FDM/ FDMA between a base station and mobile stations and that can reliably warrant communications between the base station and a mobile station to which a transmission right is imparted. SOLUTION: When detecting a frame signal including a transmission request sent from a specific mobile station, the base station transmits an operation control instruction to inhibit transmission of a frame signal to all the mobile stations and transmits an operation control instruction to impart a transmission right of the frame signal to the specific mobile station. Thus, the mobile station makes communications preferentially with the specific mobile station so as to warrant the transmission right for the specific mobile station.
