PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet good in surface smoothness and sharpness and excellent in boiling water resistance and hot water resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by providing an adhesive layer or the adhesive layer and a base coat layer and a transfer layer on a base material. The adhesive layer has a polyurethane skeleton obtained from an adhesive consisting of a hydroxyl group-containing polybutadiene polymer and an organic polyisocyanate. The hydroxyl group-containing polybutadiene polymer and/or the organic polyisocyanate may be pre-polymerized.
