PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller which can cope with increase in the number of electronic component and its miniaturization. SOLUTION: In an ECU for engine control of a car, a desired conductor pattern is formed on a circuit substrate 2. Electronic component such as a PBGA 3 and a power element 4 are mounted on the substrate 2 so that the electronic component 3 and 4 are electrically connected to the conductor pattern. In the PBGA 3, a chip 11 is mounted on a substrate 10 and an electrode is provided on a lower surface of the substrate 10. A check land 15 is formed in a part of the conductor pattern 14 extended onto the upper surface of the substrate 10. |
