PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll type apparatus to produce a bent tube having a high precision. SOLUTION: In a tube bending apparatus provided with a heating coil 2 to heat an outer periphery of a tube 1, a cooler 3 to cool the tube 1, a pusher 8 to apply a pressure in the axial direction of the tube 1, a bending roll 11 to apply a bending moment to the tube 1 and a slide mechanism 13 of the bending roll 11, a tube bending precision is improved by changing the distance between the bending roll and a heater. A position, where the bending roll 11 is pressed to the tube 1, is moved apart from the heating coil 2, the effect, that an error of a positional error of the bending roll 11 exerts on a bending angle of the tube 1, is reduced, a bent tube having a good bending precision is manufactured.
