PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flat battery with small deformation at charging and discharging, and small possibility of deformation and destruction at the increase of inner pressure, and good stability, reducing the dispersion of quality in the case of applying a pressurized charging method to a plurality of batteries simultaneously by using a pressurizer of simple structure. SOLUTION: Not less than one piece of flat batteries 7 are put between a pair of pressing boards 1, 2, where, at least one of the press boards has a buffer layer 56 (a high hardness layer 5, a low hardness layer 6). The manufacturing method of the flat battery includes at least one preparatory charging process which charges the flat batteries while pressing the same by fixing the pressing boards with a certain distance by which the flat batteries can be pressed. |
