PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably suppliable electrophotographic planographic printing plate, showing improvement in electrophotographic characteristics such as induction effect and dark attenuation phenomenon, suitable for scanning exposure with a laser light and having high printing resistance. SOLUTION: In the electrophotograhic planographic printing plate, which is an organic photoreceptor with a photoconductive layer on a conductive substrate, a radical polymerizable monomer having a Knoevenagel condensed moiety, comprising an aromatic carbonyl and aβ-diketone compound as a skeleton is contained as at least one monomer component of the bonding resin of the photoconductive layer, and a polymer containing a radical polymerizable monomer which contains an aromatic ring or a heteroaromatic ring and a radical polymerizable monomer, having a functional group which can subjected to ionic dissociation in the range of 1.0<=pKa<=7.5 or a mixture of such polymers is further used.
