PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of suppressing the degradation of positioning performance due to external vibrating disturbance generated over the whole range of frequency bands. SOLUTION: A first positioning torque is calculated by multiplying a constant to external vibrating disturbance signal detected by an acceleration sensor 2 in a direct torque generating part 3 and, moreover, a second position torque is calculated by delaying the external vibrating disturbance signal by 90 degrees with a signal phase delaying part 7 and by multiplying a constant to the delayed external vibrating disturbance signal in an automatic indirect gain adjusting part 8 and the new moving position of a movable part is calculated in a compensation part 5 from the two calculated signals and the moving target position of the movable part and outputted as a torque signal to the movable part. By such a constitution, the degradation of positioning performance due to the external vibrating disturbance is suppressed.
