SOLUTION: In a high frequency signal receiving device 31 connected to a digital machine 33 having a MPEG expander 38 via a common interface signal, an interface converter 26 converting from the received high frequency signal to a serial signal to obtain the common interface signal is equipped, therefore the receiving device 31 can be connected easily to the digital machine 33.
