PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to discriminate that a person does not have the right of utilizing contents except for the person, to whom the utilization of a literary work is permitted, concerning the contents delivered to the user after distribution in the distribution of digital contents. SOLUTION: When distributing the digital contents, copyright information whose utilization is permitted to a user by a user ID recognized on the side of a computer server is embedded in the digital contents in real time and the digital contents delivered to the user after distribution contains the personal information of the user and utilization permission information applied to that user himself so as to be easily read by anybody who is to utilize these digital contents. Then, the user can identify that a person other than the user himself is not permitted to utilize these digital contents. Thus, the device is provided with a function for suppressing the copy, and utilization or selling of these digital contents by means of unauthorized utilization or unauthorized cop. |
