PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device that prevents the occurrence of asperities on an intermediate transfer body in the form of a belt and asperities and wrinkles on the material to which an image is transferred so that the material to which an image is transferred and the intermediate transfer body can be kept in close contact and failure to successfully transfer a toner image may be prevented, especially at the time of toner image transfer to the reverse side of the material to which an image is transferred. SOLUTION: An image-forming device is proposed that is characterized by having a supporting structure in the form of a plane provided under the reverse side of an intermediate transfer body between an image holding body and a secondary transfer mechanism, with the supporting structure sucking the intermediate transfer body toward it. |
