PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wiper control device which can maintain the wiper driving speed to a set value. SOLUTION: The control device (1) changes over the low-speed drive and the high-speed drive of a wiper by implementing the PWM control of the DUTY ratio of the applied voltage in an input unit (HI) for high-speed rotation of a wiper motor (M) according to the signal for the low-speed drive or the signal for the high-speed drive from a wiper switch (SW). The wiper driving speed is finely adjusted so as to be maintained at the set value for the low-speed drive or the high-speed drive by implementing the PWM control of the DUTY ratio of the applied voltage at the input unit (HI) for high-speed rotation of the wiper motor (M) according to the detected rotational speed of the wiper motor (M).
