PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle for a shopping bag having a pocket which warms finger tips placed in the pocket to further reduce the load on the finger tips. SOLUTION: In the handle for the shopping bag, a joining part (3) is provided on a back side of an elastic member (1), a cover (2) is provided on a face side of the elastic member (1), and the cover (2) covers about one half of an edge of the elastic member (1) to form the pocket.
