PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a sound of low frequency region and reduce noise in addition to the performance of the conventional muffler by using a vacuum body for the cafe and bulkheads of a muffler such as the muffler of an automobile. SOLUTION: An outside case material 2 and an inside case material 3 are connected together at a gap to form a case material 1. A central section is molded so that the inside case material 3 and the outside case material 2 are arranged nearly in parallel with each other and the periphery 14 is closely stuck to the outside case material 2. The adhesive section is airtightly connected, and the inside is made vacuum in this exhaust muffler.
