PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress leakage of secret information by easily discriminating the leakage source after leakage of the output result of an original. SOLUTION: A picture reader comprises an input means (S12) which inputs a picture of the original, a specific information recognition means which recognizes specific information specifying the original from the picture of the original inputted by the input means, a storage means (S17) where information related to the original inputted by the input means is preliminarily stored, and an extraction means (S18) which extracts information which corresponds to specific information recognized by the specific information recognition means and is stored in the storage means.
