PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine whose option equipment mounted and not mounted, whole option equipment, etc., are displayed as icons on a display to enable a user to easily confirm the equipment. SOLUTION: Whether several kinds of option equipments are mounted or not are respectively detected by a plurality of detecting circuits and displayed discriminatable in ones detected mounted and ones detected not mounted as icons on a display. Further, ones allowed to use and ones not allowed to use among option equipment detected are discriminatably displayed.
