PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a leg force to the surface of snow as propulsion force by producing and mounting a stock which is automatically stickable into the snow surface by running (walking) in addition to the stock used with a weaker hand. SOLUTION: A stock for foot mounting fitting with a proper size is mounted near the center of a ski and one end of a stock for foot is fixed at a position about two-third of the length of the stock for foot vertically above the gliding surface of the ski moving synchronous to a part of a foot and the other end thereof is positioned behind the fixed position so as to be pressed softly on the surface snow with a rubber or the like. The stock for foot thus securely mounted automatically sticks into the surface of snow according to the degree of backward slippage during the running (walking) on the ski to transmit a leg force to the snow surface as propulsion force due to the resistance of snow rings thereof.
