PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of complicating cooling of structure ultrasonic vibrator, in an ultrasonic surgical tool. SOLUTION: A fitting groove is spirally formed on the surface of a hand piece 50, and a refrigerant tube 72 is fitted into the groove. The opening width of the fitting groove is formed to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the refrigerant tube 72. The refrigerant tube 72 once pushed into the fitting groove is therefore gripped by the fitting groove and prevented from falling. The refrigerant tube 72 can also be detached easily from the fitting groove by pulling the refrigerant tube 72 up with suitable force. Cooling water is injected into the refrigerant tube 72 from a cooling water injection hole 74 provided on the rear end side of a grip part 52, and the cooling water spirally moves along the refrigerant tube 72 to the tip side of the grip part 52, turns around on the tip side to return again to the rear end side spirally along the surface of the hand piece 50 and is discharged from a cooling water discharge port 78.
