SOLUTION: After cooling and draining the meshing fastener 1 by extrusion molding, the meshing fastener is heated by soaking and traveling in hot water 11 of 30 to 80 deg.C for 0.5 to 10 sec, and after cooling and draining the heated meshing fastener 1, the meshing fastener is continuously wound on the bobbin 18. A shrinkage factor after leaving the manufactured meshing fastener 1 as it is in a normal temperature atmosphere for 24 hours in a relaxing state or when soaked in hot water of 60 deg.C for 5 minutes is not more than 1%, and the shrinkage factor under respective conditions is particularly desirably effective in 0.5% or less.
