PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size by increasing surface areas of movable blades. SOLUTION: A pair of movable blades 11 and 12, faced each other, are so provided as to make contact and leave a fixed blade 19. Here, with a plurality of ribs formed on the facing surfaces of the movable blades 11 and 12, the crest parts of the ribs of one movable blade 11 enter the valley parts of the other movable blade 12 so that flow paths for a fluid are formed between the movable blades 11 and 12. The movable blades 11 and 12 are so arranged that the flow paths are set at a specified angle from horizon when the fixed blade 19 is electrically continued to the movable blades 11 and 12. Thus, the fluid in the flow paths whose temperature has risen is discharged from the flow paths by an ascending gas flow.
