摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of detachment on a boundary surface due to generation of cracks due to thermal expansion difference or the like at the boundary surface between a joint material and a first conductive member or a second conductive member while rigidly joining the first conductive member and the second conductive member by the joint material.SOLUTION: A joint material precursor, which is a burnt body containing spinel type transition metal complex oxide having a first metal element and a second metal element and a status before burning a conductive joint material joining a fist conductive member and a second conductive member, contains an organic product, a first raw material which is a powder of oxide of a first metal element, a second raw material which is a powder of the second metal element and a third raw material which is at least one of the powder of oxide of a second metal element and a powder of the transition metal complex oxide. Percentage of amount of the second metal element contained in the third raw material (mol) to total amount of the second metal element containing the joint material precursor (mol) is 0.1% to 10%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
