PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a device transmitting a beacon signal and receiver receiving the beacon signal to enable an efficient and effective search for a location of a moving body.SOLUTION: A moving body search server 10, which can communicate with portable terminals 30 held by users existing in a fixed range and searchers of moving bodies, and serving as a receiver of a beacon signal via a wireless network, includes: a user location registration unit 11 that receives location information, information specifying a beacon device 20, and information relating to electric wave intensity from the portable terminal 30, and registers them; and a beacon location calculation unit 12 that receives an instruction to search for the beacon device 20 of a search object from the portable terminal 30 held by the searcher, and calculates location information on the beacon device 20 of the search object on the basis of location information on each portable terminal 30 and a distance between the beacon device 20 and each portable terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
