PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide eye drops for silicone hydrogel contact lenses in which when the eye drops are applied while a silicone hydrogel contact lens is worn, the permeability of neostigmine and/or a salt thereof to the silicone hydrogel contact lens is improved and the amount of cornea attainment of neostigmine and/or a salt thereof can be increased.SOLUTION: An eye drop for silicone hydrogel contact lenses is prepared by using (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of neostigmine and a salt thereof, and (B) a surfactant together.SELECTED DRAWING: None
