PURPOSE: A locking device of a port replicator for a notebook computer is provided to remove the connection unstability of a connector by distributing a plunger and a latch on the same position. CONSTITUTION: Computer locking units(20) for locking a notebook computer via through holes(12a) formed on both sides of a connector installed on a top cover(12) of a port replicator are respectively installed inside of the notebook computer. An unlocking unit(30) for unlocking the locking unit(20) from the notebook computer is connected with the locking unit. The notebook computer unlocked from the locking units(20) can be upwardly opened through the through holes(12a) by a computer open unit(40). The locking unit(20) consists of a latch(21), a latch spring(22) and a latch holder(23). One end of the latch(21) is outwardly projected and the other end of the latch is inwardly bent.
