PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the troubles that the annoyingness of operation is caused due to that the right and left operation levers placed on the side of an operation handle must be actuated when a machine body is turned at the edge of a ridge, and further there is a risk that seedlings having been transplanted are pushed down by a marker when the retreating operation for the marker is not done by mistake, in such a transplanter that line-drawing markers are mounted on both the right and left sides of the machine body in order to draw a line indicating the traveling direction of the machine body in the planting of the next traveling on the surface of a field when seedlings are transplanted and the line-drawing makers are each shifted between the line-drawing working position and the retreated position by the right and the left operation levers placed on the side of the operation handle, respectively. SOLUTION: In a transplanter provided with markers 13a, 14a mounted on the right and left sides of a machine body in such a state that it can be shifted between the line-drawing working state and the retreated state, a marker's acting state-shifting lever 33 which shifts markers 13a, 14a from the line-drawing state to the retreated state is placed near the operating seat 11.
