COSMETIC MATERIAL CONTAINING MULTI STABILIZED RETINOL

PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic material containing double stabilized retinol to maintain the activity, by protecting it from oxidation using the anti-oxidant in the oil-in-water(O/W) formulation. The cosmetic material is skin-friendly so that the compatibility with skin is improved. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic material is produced by the following steps of: encapsulating the matrix consisting of oil soluble retinol, active ingredient as an inner phase and phospholipids as a wall material; making the mixture of the above capsule and tocopherol-a inclusion composition with cyclodextrin; mixing 60.0-66.7wt.% of the above inclusion composition, 30.0-33.3wt.% of propylene glycol and 1.6-2.4wt.% of hydrogenated lecithin, dispersing completely at room temperature, and then mixing and dispersing by stirring at 20-50deg.C the above composition with the O/W type cosmetic material containing 0.1-2.0wt.% of tocopherol and 0.01-0.5wt.% of dibutylhydroxy toluene as anti-oxidant.
