PURPOSE: An on-line game apparatus and a method using a multiple display control are provided to enjoy a game at a remote place through on-line and maximize the effect of advertisement by inserting various advertisements and contents into the game during it runs. CONSTITUTION: An on-line game apparatus includes an adapter(14), graphic cards(15a-15n), a main screen display(LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)/CRT(Cathode Ray Tube))(16a), a sub-screen display(LCD/CRT)(16b-16n), a computer(11), a computer system bus interface(12), and an image memory controller(13). The adapter(14) distributes image information, figures, and text information related to a game according to a control signal. The graphic cards(15a-15n) convert the game information from the adapter(14) into an electronic signal used for replaying the game information. The main screen display(16a) and the sub-screen display(16b-16n) display on a screen the game information from the graphic cards(15a-15n). The computer(11) generates the control signal for use in providing the information related to the game to a corresponding one of the main screen display(16a) and the sub-screen display(16b-16n). The computer(11) provides the adapter(14) with the control signal and the information related to the game.
