PURPOSE: An amino acid liquid fertilizer using animal blood and dead fish as main materials, alkali, and chymotrypsin is provided to save manufacturing costs, help growth of plants and enrich acidified soil. CONSTITUTION: The amino acid fertilizer is prepared by mixing solid organics such as dead fish, animal blood and fish by-products, 3-8wt.%(based on the amount of organics) of strong alkali such as K and KOH to hydrolyze protein, water and 0.3-0.5wt.%(based on the amount of blood mixture) of chymotrypsin as an enzyme to hydrolyze protein and fat, and ester compound, followed by thermal-pressing at 120-130deg.C for 0.5-1hr. under 2-4atm. of pressure. |
