PURPOSE: Provided is an extracting method of earthworm's body fluids by using water containing activated oxygen, thereby extracting earthworm's body fluids, which are used for various functional cosmetics and medicaments for the reproduction of stem cells, by not using chemicals but water containing activated oxygen. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: adding 100-500 part by weight of water containing activated oxygen to 100 part by weight of earthworm; stationing them at 34 deg.C for over 5 minutes; filtering them by conventional filtration methods; leaving the filtrate at 0-4 deg.C for 12-24 hours; filtering it with a membrane filter; and centrifuging the filtrate to obtain supernatant. |
