摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of absorptive zinc-oligopeptide which is easily absorbed into a human body is provided, thereby effectively producing easily digested zinc foods or beverages. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of absorptive zinc-oligopeptide in a human body comprises the steps of: suspending 100% of protein in 800% of purified water; adding 2 to 4% of protease into the protein suspension, and reacting them under weak acidic condition of pH 3.5 to 6.0 for 10 to 12 hours to produce oligopeptide; adding zinc ion into the oligopeptide and chelating them to produce zinc-oligopeptide; then concentrating the zinc-oligopeptide until its solid content reaches 32 to 36% and drying it to produce zinc-oligopeptide powder, in which the protease is pepsin or trypsin.
