PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic test tool which enables to measure accurately the degree of coloring of an immunochromatographic test piece. SOLUTION: This immunochromatographic test apparatus 1 comprises immunochromatographic test piece 10 and a casing 20, which has an upper casing 21 and a lower easing 22. Immunochromatographic test piece 10 is held between upper casing 21 and lower casing 22. Upper casing 21 has setting part 31 to the immunochromatographic test piece, which is set to immunochromatographic test piece 10 of lower casing 22, to attach immunochromatographic test piece 10 on the part placed opposite to observation window 25 beyond immunochromatographic test piece 10. Setting part 31 to the immunochromatographic test piece is extended nearly diagonal from two rims 25a which is parallel to the moving direction of the antigen or the antibody at immunochromatographic test piece 10 inside the rims which forms observation window 25.
