<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor control system that can remotely initialize communication with a plant control computer. SOLUTION: The plant control computer 17 has a reset port 24 that initializes a communication via a network through the reception of a reset signal, a monitor 11 is provided with a communication means 14 that collects data from the plant control computer 17 through communication via the network 20 and with a communication state monitor means 16 that monitors a communication state by the communication means 14. When the communication state monitor means 16 detects a fault in the communication state, the means 16 transmits the reset signal to the reset port 24 to initialize the communication of the plant control computer 17.</p> |
