PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition of water-in-oil(w/o) silicon gel formulation, which has a waterproof property, a water retention property, freshness and UV blocking effects, and forms droplets on the skin when applied to the skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition of water-in-oil(w/o) silicon gel formulation consisting of silicon oil as an oil component, water component and powders, includes 1.0-5.0 wt.% of dimethicone copolyol crosspolymer as a gelling agent. Where, 3.0-10. wt.% of oxidation titan, which is a silicon-coated microparticle, is added as a powder.
