PURPOSE: An Internet research service method is provided to make and distribute research paper within a short time by making HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) format of research paper to be distributed through Internet and encoding the data. CONSTITUTION: The service provider operates an HTML document writing program in a manager computer(S1). The service provider writes a format for base research data input and a research producing format in the operated HTML document writing program as HTML(S2). The service manager loads the formats on a host computer with a research management handler driven by a research paper generating command for research management in software driving of a service manager by encoding the formats(S3,S4). The service manager accesses a host and checks the request of research by driving a web browser of the manager computer(S10). The service provider drives the management handler for making research paper by selecting one of the total request lists(S11). The host computer interfaces the research making format to the provider computer and inserts the requested research data and format into the research making format or clicks and item in the format. The service provider makes research paper by editing a screen according to each item and generating the contents of questionnaire(S12). The service provider distributes the research paper to each client having proper research conditions(S13).
