PURPOSE: A drum brake is provided to install an elastic member for supporting a strut, to remove clearance between the strut and a web unit of a brake shoe and to reduce noise by buffering vibration of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A drum brake comprises a drum(10) having a cylinder shape rotating with a wheel; a back plate(20) connected to a chassis with a bolt corresponding to the drum; a pair of brake shoes(30,30') installed on the back plate while attaching linings(33,33'); rim units(32,32') attaching the lining on an outer circumference by being formed as a specific curve; web units(31,31') integrally combined to an inner circumference of the rim units; an anchor pin(40) mounted between the primary shoe and the secondary shoe; an adjuster(80) inserted to the anchor pin by being protruded on the back plate; a lever pin(91) combining the secondary shoe to an operating lever(90); and retuning springs(70.70') returning the brake shoe into the anchor pin while releasing a parking brake.
