PURPOSE: Provided is a silicone compound-containing shampoo composition having a good phase stability with conditioning and styling effects. CONSTITUTION: The silicone compound-containing shampoo composition comprises 10-30 wt.% of cationic acryl amide copolymer of the formula(1) to total amount of the silicon compound and 10-50 wt.% of C16-22 long chain of higher fatty alcohol to total amount of the cationic acryl amide copolymer. In the formula(1), a and b are integers of 5-5000; m is -O- or -CO-; and R or R1 is -NH-(CH2)n-N(CH3)3X- or NH2, wherein n is an integer of 1-4 and X is Cl, Br, and CH3SO4. In the formula(2), n is an integer of 15-21. The silicon compound has a conditioning effect on hair and is selected from the group consisting of cyclomethicone, dimethylpolysiloxane, dimethicone, amodimethicone or a mixture of at least two of them.
