<p>PURPOSE: To give almost rectilinear motion horizontal to a crankshaft to a smaller end of a connecting rod without applying a horizontal guide mechanism by a slider, in slide driving mechanism of a press machine with links. CONSTITUTION: A crankshaft 4 has two eccentric centers with equal eccentricity but shifted phase by 180°. Larger ends of right and left connecting rods 12 are connected to the eccentric centers. One end of each upper link 14 is connected free to swing, to the stationary hinge pin 13 fixed to a frame. One end of middle link 15 is connected to the smaller end 17 of the connecting rod 12 by a first pin. The order end is connected by a slider pin 21 to a first slider 20 in a straight guide 19 fixed vertically right below the stationary pin 13. In this driving mechanism, providing that taking the distance between the stationary hinge pin 13 and the middle hinge pin 16 is 'a', the distance between the middle hinge pin 16 and the slider pin 21 is 'b', and the distance between the middle hinge pin 16 and the first pin 18 is 'c', the position of the middle hinge pin 16 is set to satisfy a:b=b:c.</p> |
