PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container of rotary opening/closing type which is excellent in the opening/closing manipulation and has its originality of design in the outward appearance. SOLUTION: This container consists of a container body 12A having an outlet 38 for pouring a lotion filled inside, and a case 16 which rotatably and rockably supports the shaft of the container body 12, surrounding the container body 12, covering the outlet 38 in a way of allowing it to open and close. On the case 16, a cut part 14 is formed so that a part of the container body 12 can be exposed for the opening/closing manipulation. The container body 12 is provided with a press part being exposed to the cut part 14 for the opening manipulation in which the outlet 38 of the container body is pushed out of the case 16 through the pressing movement and the relatively rotating movement against the case 16. Also, the container body 12 is provided with another press part for the closing manipulation in which the outlet 38 is drawn back into the case 16. The press part for the closing manipulation is located immediately beside the outlet 38 and the case 16 is provided with a stopper 42 to be engaged with and seal the outlet 38 in the closed position.
