PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately bond the leading end part of each film 11 to a glass plate 10 at a predetermined position when the film 11 is bonded to the glass plate 10 in such a state that the peripheral edge part of the rectangular glass plate 10 is left in a frame shape. SOLUTION: The leading end part of each film 11 is sucked and held by a suction box 26 having a stepped part 35 of which the corner part has a suction hole 36 and a bent part extending in a lateral direction with respect to the film 11 is formed at the part of the suction hole 36 of the stepped part 35.
