PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ as a living room a room, in which there is installed a heat source machine for a warm water heating machine, which is commonly installed at a position other than a dwelling room by enabling the foregoing room to be heated. SOLUTION: In a housing that includes a burner 9, a heat exchanger 11, a gas/water separator 16, a warm water feed pipe 17, and a warm water return pipe 23 there is provided an air heater 20 obtained by diverting part of warm water, and air is fed with a warm air fan 24 for heating and is blown off into a room from a warm air outlet 4. When the burner 9 is extinguished for temperature adjustment of warm water, rotational speed of the warm air fan 24 are lowered to prevent low temperature air from being blown out strongly.
