SOLUTION: In this system for identifying an individual by comparing data Dr related with specific element E read from an individual with data Dm related with preliminarily registered specific elements E, portable equipment Mu of an individual is provided with at least a reading part 2 for reading the specific elements E of the individual, and a registering part 3 for registering the data related with the specific elements E. The data Dm related with the specific elements E of the individual are preliminarily registered in the registering part 3. In identifying the individual, the specific elements E of the individual are read by the reading part 2, and the data Dr related with the read specific elements E are compared with the data Dm related with the specific elements E registered in the registering part 3 so that the identification of the individual can be performed. |
