PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic member by which a ceramic member having high accuracy and good characteristics can be manufactured with a high yield by making a release sheet and a ceramic green sheet easily separable from each other after the through holes of the green sheet are filled up with conductor paste, a release sheet which can be separated easily from a ceramic green sheet, and a method of manufacturing the release sheet. SOLUTION: The release sheet 140 having a silicone resin layer 142 formed by applying an uncured silicone resin 231 mixed with ceramic paste 221 which is the raw material of the ceramic green sheet 110 to the upper surface 143 of a backing sheet 141 and curing the resin 231 is prepared. At the time of filling up the through holes 113 of the green sheet 110 with the conductive paste 14, the release sheet 140 is put on a base 30 with the resin layer 142 outward and the green sheet 110 is brought into contact with the silicone resin layer 142 of the release sheet 140 by putting the sheet 110 on the sheet 140. Then the through holes 113 of the green sheet 110 are filled up with the conductor paste 14 through a mask 50. |
