LAMINATED FLANGE CONSISTING OF FIBER REINFORCED RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated flange consisting of a fiber reinforced resin composite material constituted so that tensile force is transmitted in a fiber direction even if it is applied to the flange in the axial direction thereof and effectively preventing ply separation, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The laminated flange 10 is manufactured by a method wherein fiber reinforced resin sheets 11 are laminated to form a laminate 12, and fiber reinforced resin sheets 11 in the terminal part 13 of the laminate 12 are dispersed to be formed into an unfolded fan shape. Sheetlike fiber reinforced resin materials 15, each molded from a composition prepared by mixing a resin material with staple or long fibers, are interposed between the despersed fiber reinforced resin sheets 11 and the whole is integrally molded.
