PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely control the operation of a robot. SOLUTION: When a scenario transmission command is inputted from an input device 12 of a server client system, a robot operation scenario row temporarily stored in an input/output control part 13 is transmitted to an input/output control part 27 via a transmission control part 16, a communication line 3, and a communication control part 25. The input/output control part 27 allows a robot operation scenario storage part 22 to store it via a robot operation scenario management part 21 and transmits to a robot operation control part 23. The robot operation control part 23 interprets and resolves it into robot basic actions and searches robot operation definition information from the robot operation storage part 24. Respective motors incorporated in the robot are driven by the robot action definition information so as to continuously operate the robot.
