PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly functional culture, by which the elimination in the affection of water temperature in a surface layer, the sure maintenance and control of the water temperature, the removal of precipitated organic materials as the problem of conventional culture tanks, the promotion of sludge treatments, the stabilization of culture environments, and the improvement in culture efficiency are achieved. SOLUTION: This method for the highly functional culture, characterized by lowering the water level of the lowest flow tank without installing a pump in a lower layer region 1 for taking low temperature water, thus allowing the water to naturally flow in the tank, dissolving oxygen to be short in the lower layer low temperature water (a), allowing the lower temperature oxygen water (a) to flow in the culture tank 6 to make a revolving flow, accumulating organic materials (c) precipitated in the culture tank in the bottom center of the tank by the utilization of the revolving flow, discharging the accumulated organic materials from the tank, and accumulating and treating the discharged organic materials in a precipitation tank 8, thereby efficiently stabilizing the culture environment.
