PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced cement plate which does not need coating after being executed and is protected from deterioration for a long period and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced cement plate is produced by forming a plate using the material obtained by blending a fiber reinforcing material and an inorganic pigment into a main raw material comprising some or all of cement, a calcareous raw material, a silicic acid-based raw material and slag gypsum and then applying an inorganic reactive water-repellent agent on the surface of the formed plate.
