PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with adjustment and control of distribution rate of the force during marine transportation structure such as a container crane and to surely reinforce a structure in marine transportation. SOLUTION: Tension bars 20 and 21, which are so formed as to be subjected to the tension when a sea-side leg portion 10 and a land-side leg portion of the container crane are subjected to a prescribed acceleration by the rolling of a ship in marine transportation and not as to be subjected to the tension when the legs are not subjected to the acceleration, are attached to the sea-side leg portion 10 and the land-side leg portion in such a state as diagonally crossing with each other.
